“We purchased a car for our daughter and were helped by Ryan at Peter Vardy Aberdeen. It was kept a secret from her until the day we went to collect it. Ryan was first class and went out of his way to help us get the right car for her. He even went along with a scenario when we went it saying we were just looking but he had one he thought she might like. It was of course the one we had purchased but when she saw her own registration number on the car she realised it was hers. It was all a bit emotional for all concerned!!! He took time to go through all the buttons and functions in the car and out even though the weather was horrendous. We would highly recommend dealing with Ryan again in the future.”

“Our car was delivered after not being checked correctly and therefore not roadworthy. Having delivered it back to the garage, we were constantly chasing for updates and asking to speak to a sales manager, but never received a return phone call till three days later, and after only then requesting a courtesy car was one delivered. Customer service has been very poor and has resulted what should have been a joyful purchase into a very upsetting and frustrating experience.”

“Left my wife to deal with purchase as I was working. Probably a mistake on my part, but still no excuse. We were busy getting ready for the arrival of our new baby.
First car I've ever purchased from a dealership that only offered 10 months MOT.
Car advertised with Sat Nav then told at hand over we needed to purchase a card (£160) from Nissan for it to work. Eventually got a card sent out that is 4 years out of date and fails to work the majority of the time.
Paid £200 for Premium Protection, valeter failed to clean windows and we never received the protection package, like last time, so very much doubt that it was carried out.
My own fault for letting my wife deal with it and then rushing into it in time to go into labour.
Painless purchase, but my wife's inexperience and impatience caused her to be misled too easily into thinking we were getting a good deal.
Won't be back at Peter Vardy”

“I went to your Dalgety Bay Branch to have a look,with no intention of purchasing a car at that time. I was met by Jamie Mitchell,who asked if he could help.We started chatting about what my requirements were and there did not appear to be anything there that suited.He then offered to have a car sent through from another branch with no obligation to buy.The car arrived a few days later and after a test drive it was exactly what I was looking for.All in all a great experience and I will certainly recommend your company to friends.Nothing seemed too much trouble for Jamie and he made sure I ended up with the car that matched my requirements.

“I have been delighted throughout the process with regards to the entire team at Peter Vardy, especially so towards the mobility part of the operation, they where constantly courteous, polite and friendly. I was always made to feel like there was nothing that was to much trouble to help with. They were able to expertly guide me through the process an before I knew it I got the call to say my new car was ready and available for pick up by 12 pm that day! I am truly delighted with my lovely brand new, Mokka! I find it a joy to drive and with the higher driving position I feel so much more safe and secure, the seats hold you snugly in place and cabin is a nice spacious place to be. “The Peter Vardy representative (Ian Robertson) in Aberdeen that was assisting me with my car purchase was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Although I was buying a BMW at a Jaguar dealership he could answer all my questions about the car. Regarding finances, Ian outlined all the purchase options available to me and the pros and cons of each option as I was unfamiliar with PCP. The handover was easy and all aspects of the car were shown or explained to me prior to driving away.
I can not fault the service I received at Peter Vardy and would recommend to my friends. I will definitely go back for my next car.

“The canned music in the showroom was awful; particularly so for those of us with a hearing impairment. It can make it very difficult to follow some of the detailed conversations needed.
Other than that all was fine, although it took longer than expected to transport the car to the Seafield Road showroom.”
