The roof came bronze instead of black, this was quickly resolved, and now been re-sprayed black. I'm really delighted with my car!

I posted a review on this site several months ago and listed numerous issues I had experienced. Nobody from Peter Vardy responded at that time, as sometimes has happened on this site with other customers posting problems they have encountered.
No issues with individual staff members, they simply have to stick to company policy, but the customer service provided by the company was awful
Having owned nothing but Vauxhall cars and vans since starting driving in 1987, I will still be loyal to the brand, but I will never again deal with Peter Vardy.”

“Couldn't fault service provided by Peter Vardy, especially Susan Tait. However we were very disappointed when we went to get the car - we drove over 50 miles to collect car, arriving at 6.30pm. When they tried to get finance in place they encountered a problem getting it through (problem between Peter Vardy and finance company) and by this time it was after 7 pm and we were astounded to hear that although Peter Vardy are open until 8, the finance Co closed at 7 so finance could not go through. We were then told we would have to just take our car away again (by now my insurance on old car had expired). Very frustrating to drive all that distance to find we could not take our car away with us. I am not blaming Peter Vardy as they were as annoyed as us but surely if garage is open until 8 serving customers it would make sense that finance Co are able to deal with transactions until 8. Peter Vardy brought car to us the next day along with bouquet of flowers as way of apology but whole experience was spoiled by not being able to drive car away from garage (first time we have ever purchased from garage like this).”

“Could not fault the customer service from Dave Barnes, he was honest, friendly and very helpful. he went through everything (more than once on a few things) and made sure I understood everything he was telling me. Although he didn't make up my mind for me he helped me make an informed decision, one that I'm more than happy with.
The handover went well also, all the technolgy was explained to me so that I was able to drive away, although had a sticky wicket of a start. I wasn't told to put the clutch in before turning the key. Soon sussed it out though.”

would not let me cover him only my self and partner
i see no reason behind this as my son could have been driving longer than his mother
then i got my insurance company to cover when it was being picked up but as he had no documents to prove it he was refused car even when iexplained he was covered
in the end my son had to take your five day cover himself total inconveniance”
