“From the time I started to look for a car at Peter Vardy at Dalgety Bay it was a good experience. I was met by a salesman who introduced himself and I felt at ease with him. I asked quite a few questions and was given full answers, if I wasn't sure of the answer it was explained again. All the staff were very helpful in all the departments. The test drive was great , all the controls were fully explained as we went along,I felt at home with the car. I would recommend Peter Vardy at Dalgety Bay to anyone.”
“Only had the car 1 week and been back to the garage 3 times so far and is booked in again next week for another repair. Feels a few of the checks that were meant to have been done haven't as 1 of the tyres was at 13 psi when we drove the car away and had 3 nails in it. Something that should not have been missed.”

“where to start? car was collected with scratches and paint chips touched up with the wrong colour. the standard of valet on car was appalling. 1 day after having car the engine management light then came on, car was taken back and O2 sensor replaced, a day later the engine management light came back on again, car then had to go to Ford as peter vardy could not fix the issue, this was all 1 day before we were due to use car to travel to Manchester for our holiday. car was then left for 12 days whilst we were on holiday and issues have now been fixed. Only had car back 2 days so still unsure if engine management issue is actually fixed only time will tell. also when we arrived back Monday we called garage 4 times throughout the day to be told every time someone would call back which they didn't. customer service was appalling actually disgusting. you should collect a new car and be happy and excited well sorry but Peter vardy took all that away. our experience of collecting a new car was Anger, disappointment and failure! would never buy another car from yourselves again. happy to take paying customers money and promise everything under the sun.”
“Very happy with the sales executive that dealt with my purchase, his name was Ziggy, didnt hang over me rubbing his hands together, feel he really listened to what i had to say told him my price range and he went out his way to keep to my budget (earlier that day the boy in arnold clark had a smirk when i told him my budget amd what i was looking) for car was fully serviced, valleted, alloys re-sprayed looked like a new car, impeccable service, he was running about after me making sure everything was as good as it could have been, very satisfied would recommend to everyone i know, go see Ziggy...”

“On collection car was to have had chips/dings fixed and pant protection this didn’t happen we have took car to get this resolved paint treatment done (given courtesy car with not a drip of fuel in) and have now been advised paint pen in post not sure that’s peter Vardys sales policy we also reported electrical fault and were waiting for a time to take it back and car developed a throttle issue so we booked it back in and reminded them about original fault dropped car off last night and phoned twice today (no return call to first call) for an update and was advised that vehicle didn’t arrive in for them to look at (due to private plate which they transferred and fitted) with response to question has a colleague attempted to contact you usually answer emails quick but not calls”

“I was happy enough with car the I got,they were quick to find the car I wanted,the transition however was kind of poor from being told when the car would arrive and to actually getting the car,the car I got came with sat nav to which required an sd card,when I questioned this I was told that the type of car had the navigation but not the software to run it,being me I had to try this so went and bought a navigation sd card which worked and hey presto I now have satnav,to be told that it did’nt have the software was very poor on there behalf and it seems to me they didn’t want to actually purchase and fob me off with a cock and bull story”
