“Good deal on pre-registered car. However, disappointed that the car wasn't cleaned as advised and items such as first aid kit etc were ticked on the check list as present were not present. These issues were raised and although I was advised the first aid kit etc had been ordered and I would receive a call to advise when to collect and get car cleaned at the same time, I am still waiting for said call four weeks later.”
