“Went to buy a telly today . Picked the one I wanted , the assistant went and got one for me , got my bank card out ready to do the business and asked about the interest free finance . “Interest free finance is only available on line” I was told , I also had to register with Samsung on line to get my 5 year warranty. Yet another local retailer has gone the way of the internet , another blow for those of us who don’t do business online and try to keep shops open and people in work . I have bought a few items from Peter Tyson in the past but now feel let down , and I’m sure I’m not the only one . This normally leads to the lowering of customer service standards and eventually internet only business . I left without the telly , it wasn’t because of the money , I’m just so hacked off that everyone assumes we’re all happy to do our business online when every 2 seconds people are being scammed on it .”
