“Absolutely love this box! I have recommended this to others and they have ordered. Extremely fast shipping! Love that it comes to my door. They also put treats in for your pet. Best subscription box for your fur baby.”

“Works good. Only complaint I have is if you have to take off a pet it's not easy to find where to deactivate/delete the order. Not very convenient for the simple fact if someone loses their pet it's already hard enough dealing with the loss. Should be easier to delete pets”

“If I could not give this product any stars, I would. Not only did this product not work on my animals but it's like the fleas were drawn to it. Worst product that I've ever used. I should be refunded my money back as this was a product that didn't work.”

“I stuck it out for 4 months just for my cat to end up having tapeworm segments falling out of her bum because this stuff does not work! I only kept using it because the support line I called said it takes 3 to 4 months to fully work but its not worth it,just go to your vet and get a prescription. I had emailed the company to help when I initially saw the worm segments and haven't heard back. Do not use this stuff !”

“13 dogs and none of my dogs had issues! (One of my girls is sensitive to other products) it definitely smells strong a couple days but then the fleas are gone!”

“We just started to use this on our Lab. Amazing. Now we'll get some for the cat. Don't tell him. We are cleaning up dead fleas all over. I think this will solve our problem. If you have an issue with fleas and your fur baby, try this out. Works at once.”

“I'd been using these guys for a while with no problems. Then last month they didn't send my shipment yet still charged me. I've reached out countless times by email and chat with no luck because they stopped using the phone for customer service. Don't use these guys. Bunch of crooks. I canceled with them. Never again. I liked them too”

“This product is great, only thing is I had paused all the shipment until March 2024 but today was charged for it and was actually $4.00 more than before. Not sure of the increase and why was even charged and all.”
