“Pet plan is a scam 7 years of paying insurance for our dog, totallying about 6 thousand pounds and when we asked to bring the premiums down, as we were paying for kennel fees and other things that we would never use, pet plan refused and said if they did give us it cheaper it would reduce the price of any vets bills we incur in the future. So all that money is wasted. Deffo bank it”
“Not the cheapest pet insurer but “ you get what you pay for.” We recently lost or dog to cancer. Knowing there was a 20% charge for all treatment and no payment for cremation we thought we would only get the Vet fees less 20%. Pet plan paid the full amount as a gesture of good will.
