“When shopping for pet items, prices vary, some of which portray an attitude of pure greed. I buy 'Frontline' flea protection, and have found Petwell prices to be of good value. If bought from the vet, the price would be double, so it pays to find the deal to suit each pocket.”

“The headline product price is competitive but you do end up paying P&P on top, which brings it to pretty much the same price as those suppliers offering free P&P. Petwells delivery took 5 days, for something I was paying 'extra' for. From past experience I know that some suppliers who include P&P are much quicker than this, sometimes 48 hours.”

“I ordered 2 items by mistake I emailed the company to cancel one of the orders . This was never acknowledged and both orders were sent out and I was charged for both . I won't be using this website again . P Appleton .”

We did reply to your email on 4 December confirming that we were not able to cancel the order as unfortunately it was already packed and bagged and supplied a Freepost returns label address to return the extra ordered item for a refund. “Our dog was diagnosed with pancreas insufficiency, insured so the panzim powder was paid for by them . Just had insurance quote gone from 40pd mnth to 67 pds So we cancelled insurance Vet was charging 225 pds Its an awful lot cheaper from petwell Quick delivery Thank you”
