“Slightly disappointed with service this time round - I had to chase where my order was as no acknowledgement of delay, to be given a standard template reply blaming items out of stock (which weren’t even part of my order) Understand things go wrong from time to time, but worth checking what items are actually on order before using that as the excuse.”

“Screwed up on my order, didn't despatch it as they informed me that they had, it was despatched four days later. a glitch in their computer was the reason given for the delay.”

“Petwell offers a great range and means I can get my dog her flea and worm treatments quick and easily. To my door. I also love the amount of new products on offer. Just found a treat my dog goes mad for that doesn’t cost the earth thanks to petwell. Highly recommend to anyone.”
