“I ordered 12 applications of Frontline cat flea treatment, which arrived the beginning of May. The expiry date on both boxes of six was March 2022. Obviously two of the doses were unusable. I contacted Petwell to arrange return of one of the boxes and received no response. The email asking me to provide this feedback had a contact link included, so I decided to give it another try. The link led to Page Not Found. So, Petwell, here’s my review.”

“Took 3 weeks from order to receipt of product. I had to chase this on two occasions. Packaging of box was loose....hence some slight damage to product”

“I had a great experience buying from Petwell but I have now spent 2 weeks and several emails trying to return an item and have had no response at all! You need a returns code and address in order to return an item which you can only get by email. However there is no response to my emails. Don't buy any items you are not 100% certain you will not need to return!”
