“No order delivered, ignored over email. Liars. Avoid and go elsewhere. Ordered 13 days ago and paid for next day delivery, still not here. You mentioned on your website orders might be dispatched 1-5 days later. It's way past this and still, no communication from you just ignored emails. The one response I got back said it will go out Monday, this didn't happen. I've now been told one item wasn't in stock and the order will be with me on Saturday...it's still not arrived. Very disappointing, I won't be ordering from here again and will also tell others to avoid.”

“Clear, helpful website and quick service. Good range of items at very reasonable prices. Having become the unexpected owners of a lovely adult cat, Petwell enabled us to provide recognised products for his care which has help in settling him into his new home. Also like the fact that his details are kept on record.”

“I can recommend the Adaptil plug ins I purchased although they don't completely quell my dog, Buddy's fears they help greatly. He shares my bedroom and looks upon it as a safe space.”

“My first order was delivered very quickly but my second order took just over a week, the communication was great throughout but it was very confusing because if you pay 24hr delivery that only goes from when they send it so you could pay 24hr delivery but it might not get sent for a week so wasn’t very happy about that. My first delivery however was sent and received in 3 days so that was great”
