“No problems with this company The item I bought was a hamster cage the fantasy one and it has two holes on the top which turn and come out so you can access the hamster I have a hamster that can actually open these tops and escape so I have had to Sellotape them down”

Firstly, we would like to clarify that as per our returns policy we do provide a Freepost returns label or we arrange for items to be collected as long as we are contacted prior to returning the item. Unfortunately, we have not received any communications from yourselves.
