“I was pleased with the order but I had to exchange it as the wrong Frontline was ordered. The wrong one was sent back and I ordered the new replacement which has arrived. Not sure whether you have received the the returned parcel. Also whether it was a straight swap .”

“Recently placed a first order with Petwell for 2 boxes of the same item at a very good price. Delivered quite quickly but missing one box. Contacted customer services and received the missing item in no time at all. Very pleased. Been a long time since I've experienced such an efficient and friendly customer service response! Give them 5 stars for that alone.”

“Only 4 of 6 boxes were delivered. Not good. But the response and follow up was first class and the issue was rectified very quickly and professionally with no hassle whatsoever. Very good job overall.”

“It was said normally dispatched in 1-2 working days it took 4 working days package when it arrived was split and 1 of the3 items was hanging out I’m amazed that all were still intact”

“A lot of the stock was not available. It was easy enough to order and the prices were very reasonable. They do take quite a long time to deliver in comparison with some other companies. My order arrived underaged.”
