“I placed an order with you on Thursday 15th March for a Feliway refill for my cat and did not receive it until Wednesday 28th March some 13 days which is well over the expected delivery of 5-6 days. I know the item was dispatched to me on Friday 16th March, the next day but it still took a long time to arrive.”
