“Excellent customer service! Slight order problem, I emailed to advise, immediate reply, rectified and order sent 1st class. Couldn't have been handled better... I've ordered before this and would happily order again, Great company, highly recommend.”

“Ordered critical care marked as banana flavour which turned out to be anise flavoured which my pets don't like. I have now written twice to returns asking them to send me a RME number so I can return the item but they haven't yet answered. Appalling service and will not be using again.”

“I accidentally ordered too many Cat Flea Treatments and Petwell contacted me to inform me that I could only order 2 x 6 pack Frontline Plus Flea Treatment and I amended the order to the allowed amount and Petwell kindly refunded me my postage charges and upgraded my Delivery to First Class post which turned out to be a Tracked Delivery and my package arrived very quickly This is the first time that I have used Petwell and am very impressed and will definitely use them again :-)”

“Delivery took 10 days and not the 3-5 days as stated so make sure you order in good time but otherwise no issues. I ordered an ear cleaner for our dog that we have had before.”

“I love how handy it is to order online and the fact Petwell supply the products that I need however what I don’t like is when I pay extra postage to have it next day delivery abs then it takes a week to come because the product I ordered wasn’t in the warehouse I feel that’s unfair. I’ve done this twice now. I’ll continue to order from them but won’t do next day delivery again as that just doesn’t happen.”

“Slightly disappointed with service this time round - I had to chase where my order was as no acknowledgement of delay, to be given a standard template reply blaming items out of stock (which weren’t even part of my order) Understand things go wrong from time to time, but worth checking what items are actually on order before using that as the excuse.”
