“The product was fine. But then the product was a bag of branded cat food, not much to go wrong there. My issue is with your delivery methods. I am fully aware, having had it pointed out by a member of your team, that it is my own fault I did not receive the package in what I considered to be reasonable time, I should have read the terms. However I am still amazed that I could be expected to pay more than £5 for a designated next day delivery which arrives 4 days after I ordered it. Just not good enough. Though I now understand this is just the way you guys work and I should have ordered it earlier there is still little hope of me using your site again as I don't feel it is good enough to have waited 4 days for such an expensive delivery option and, to add insult to injury, your team member was quick to respond to tell me that the 4 day delivery was indeed correct and I should have read the terms but when I responded to say I found this disappointing they didn't bother to respond at all. Charming.”
