“I thought all was well until I came home tonight to find my package left on the doorstep. I have no idea how long it had been left there for. What would have happened if somebody had stolen it? Poor.”

Unfortunately, once we hand over an order to Royal Mail, we entrust them to deliver the package safely to the customer and sadly, it is out of our control how they handle delivery. However, we would like to reassure you that we always ensure that our customers receive their order one way or another. We kindly advise you to make a complaint to your local Royal Mail post office as if they are unable to post the item through the letterbox, they should leave a calling card.
