“Ordered two items one was £18 which was free postage. The other was £1.80 and tiny which I was charged £2. Why not put them together. The dispatch time was 3 to 4 days from ordering and then another 3 to 4 days to arrive. Terrible service in this day and age. Will it use again”

“First of all I ordered and it didn't turn up in The 5days next when it did turn up like 10days later 1 item was missing and still I haven't received that item I will never ever use petwell again how can you place 1 order and have 3 muck ups worse service ever”
