“You sell pet products at good value prices and they arrive promptly. However I was not impressed that you offer free delivery for orders over £29, then when I increase my order accordingly you say 2 packs of flea treatments have to be sent separately and don't count. The 2 envelopes landed on the doorstep together. Don't advertise the offer if you don't mean it.”

“I am extremely happy with the service Petwell provides. Delivery is quick. Notifications on when your order is dispatched is good and above all prices are brilluant. I regularly buy seraquin for my dog - fantastic product for stiff joints, my dog no longer limps and shows no sign of stiffness - this product is sold by lots of companies this is by far the best price from Petwell. I have now purchased further products - again competitively priced. Excellent.”

“Too too long for delivery. It did state 1-5 days but when I've seen this before it normally arrives well before then. We had to postpone Jacobs tablet till he came home from kennels”
