“I have been using petwell for a long time now to order Harrison’s bird food for my 6 parrots. The reasons i use petwell is my order always gets delivered promptly and their prices are very reasonable in comparison to many other sites I have used previously before discovering petwell. Would definitely recommend.”

“The service from Petwell was excellent, Effipro flea treatment for cats delivered by return, couldn't fault that. But that particular product proved to be completely useless at killing fleas. Had to go back to the vet for POM medicine (at vet prices, shame).”

“Service is good BUT some of the descriptions are not clear. I bought worming tablets for my cats, but on the description, it just said 12 tablets. When I received them, it was 12 tablets PER CAT!!!!! It didn’t mention that! I will never be able to treat any of my cats for 12 consequetive days! And I have 3 cats, so now have to buy wormers for the other 2.”

“Bought some garlic powder and a shavings fork. Arrived when they said however came in two separate packages so had to wait an extra 2 days for the fork. Good quality items though and customer service good when I enquired about the shavings fork.”
