“Can I say no stars out of 5 as that’s how I feel. They offer a 1 day delivery but that’s only after DPD pick it up!! What they don’t tell you is they don’t pick up every day. I ordered something on a Thursday afternoon so thought 1 day - should be with me on the Saturday but surprise surprise it wasn’t going to arrive until at least the Tuesday!!!! Why offer a service if it isn’t exactly as it says on the tin. It was the Pro-Kolin paste for my dog so needed it ASAP! So ended up getting it from Amazon who did offer a next day delivery and that even arrived on a Sunday. I will NOT be using Petwell again and I will be telling all my friends and family not to use them either. Useless company!!!!!!!!!”

“My cat Merry hates change I had to stand my bed on the landing till the a new bed arrived, Merry would not go upstairs her normal place for resting.I got the Petwell distress plug in. She is now completely relaxed.”
