I will give them another 2 orders and if the website is still broken in two months I will move to the Boots online delivery service.

My prescription was spit over 2 weeks ago as they did not have one of my medications. The. part they did not have arrived last week, the rest of my medication (vital things like asthma inhalers) have not arrived!!! Everyday I check my account and everyday the delivery date gats further away. This is dreadful service - lack of the correct medication could end in someone's death.

I was originally with echo for delivery of prescriptions, they then switched to Lloyds, who then switched to Pharmacy2U. I object to my personal details being passed on without my knowledge and the service from Pharmacy2U is awful. No customer service at all and I was just bombarded with salesy emails. Apparently I can't close my account unless I ring a number and verify who I am! Awful company to deal with

I've been waiting for inhalers for a month now. I phoned them twice and twice they lied to me about delivery times and speeding up the delivery. Apparently, they were waiting for a non urgent medication to come into stock before they sent the inhalers that my life could depend on. The staff don't care at all if you are desperate for meds. I CAN NOT recommend them and will be looking for an alternative with better service.

Don’t waste your time. Customer service is unhelpful and their delivery is misleading.

The general practice for this delivery is to be delivered in cool packaging which guarantees the chilled temperature for 72hrs.

Used to be great but now it's slowed to a crawl and need to order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure delivery is on time. Ordering that soon often gets rejected by surgery as it's not yet due according to their records meaning it's become a burden rather than a help.
