medication sell by date very short compare to other pharmacies. some medication brand name suspicious, it was packed in pharmacy2u box rather than the brand name box. very suspicious activity. never again i will use pharmacy2u.

This is the second time my prescription has been rejected. I complained to my surgery the first time and they said it had not been rejected; it’s pharmacy 2U - they are notoriously unreliable. It’s essential medication they’re withholding.

Not fit for purpose. I needed my prescribed medication ( blood thinners) and have trouble with my mobility , so I ordered online. Still no sign of requested medication. How can a company that is relied on for such an important service (medication) be so inept and careless? What is truly worrying, is the shameless posters of fake positive reviews, just remember fake posters, you or someone you love may rely on genuine feedback for health related services in future, so please think twice. An awful service.

Simply dreadful! Process is clearly broken; particularly for those with multiple repeat medications. Impossible to track orders via App. When calling, they simply blame ‘batch’ (whatever that is) or the GP! I have the same every month - what’s so difficult? Looks like a fundamentally flawed IT system.

ONLY GIVEN THEM 1 STAR BECAUSE YOU CANT GIVE LOWER USELEESS COMPANY TWICE ITEMS MISSING WG\HICH TAKE DAYS TO SORT OUT LAST ORDER PLACED ON 1ST APRIL BEEN SAT IN THE WAREHOUSE FOR 5 DAYS RING THEM ALL YOU GET IS WE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS , I DONT CARE THEY ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THE APPROPRIATE STAD\FFING AND GET PAID BY THE NHS TO PROVIDE A SERVICE, THEY CAN GUARANTEE WHEN THEY WILL BE POSTED, I AM NOW OUT OF TABLETS BUT THEY ARE NOT BOTHERED ABOUT THAT AT ALL, DONT USE THEMVTH

Only the 3rd time I have used them when I got an email saying I was ordering too early, why? Previous emails from them have told me to order at least 10 days in advance plus I can only order when my repeat prescription is ready by date. If my doctors have agreed it why are they questioning it and holding up my meds so I will run out! Have now changed to my local pharmacy, would rather go pick than be questioned

Great service until something goes wrong - then you're on your own. Absolutely no interest or concern in helping me with my missing meds. "Go to your doctor' Thanks and goodbye - fool me once, try me twice, but you won't have a third time...

I have Epilepsy and they get my medication to me on time and I get frequent reminders to my phone and email, and suffering from ADHD this is just what I need. I don't know about the other reviewers but I have only had good experiances with this company and as an honest user who gets their prescriptions from the NHS they are on the ball when it comes to me anyway.

An absolute nightmare from start to finish. Didn't even fully complete their online registration, yet when I went to collect my repeat meds at my local pharmacy they told me Pharmacy2U were dealing with it!? Local pharmacy staff said that they would try and dispense my meds if I cancelled with Pharmacy2U. Rang them from the local pharmacy and the call cut off as they were busy. Reluctantly had to wait for delivery instead. Received meds in the post, minus an item (that the local pharmacy never had a problem with). The repeat prescription was a total disaster. Item that Pharmacy2U didn't have in stock (as previously) held up the rest of my meds for 5 days. Pharmacy2U then claimed by email that my GP had not approved the order. Rang GP and they stated they had approved the order the same day it was ordered. Rang Pharmacy2U and was then told meds would be released within 24 hours, with 2-3 working days to wait for delivery. Already over a week without any meds whatsoever. Started having withdrawal symptoms that were horrific (anxiety, insomnia, feeling sick, dizzy and shaky, and headaches)! Promised an urgent delivery, still waiting. PLEASE, PLEASE AVOID. Incompetent and dangerous!

They seem unable to supply Software dressings 10X10.They advised me and my surgery that could supply in box of 50 so the GP changed the scrip from 20 to 50. Now they say they can't obtain it .Ive had to order it from Amazon they have no problem. This saga has been going on for weeks with so many phone calls and emails.They have no continuity with a problem as you get a different person on each call and have to go through the whole saga again.

Service was poor. Took over a week for medicine to arrive. Also, despite repeatedly trying to unsubscribe, this company continually spam me. Extremely annoying.

Disgusting service from Pharmacy2U. Recently had a major operation where I require blood thinning injections and the company will not dispatch my medication. I have chased over 6 times in the last 3 days and had no response and poor communication and I am still with out my medication.

At first everything thing seemed ok but over the last couple of months medication I’ve ordered have not been in stock or my order is slow at coming out getting a bit fed up with it now and what’s worse I only seem to know that my meds are delayed because I check my order status not been getting emails to warn me hence sometimes get to low on my meds and have to phone them up to get emergency number so I can get prescription from local chemist

I was given a 7 week course of medication from my GP, I was meant to receive 14 tablets and only recieved 13. I contacted P2U to let them know and they said they’d launch in investigation and to contact my GP for an emergency top up. After a few days they contacted me to say their CCTV didn’t go back that far and they couldn’t investigate any further. Then they told me they’d have to open an investigation with the post office, even though the box was sealed and completely untampered with. They refused to send me the missing tablet and my GP they couldn’t top up the prescription because by law they had already fulfilled their part. So unfortunately because I am undergoing blood tests - I’ve had to finish to course early and will have to repeat the 7 week course in a month.

Used to be great but now it's slowed to a crawl and need to order at least 2 weeks in advance to ensure delivery is on time. Ordering that soon often gets rejected by surgery as it's not yet due according to their records meaning it's become a burden rather than a help.

out of 2 dozens orders I places only 3 !! were ok, everything else went wrong. often running out of medication due to their ineffective system, I lost my patience and left. But despite Unsubscribing on multiple occasions, I still get text and emails - apparently I am not allowed to delete my account. AVOID!!!!!

After registering with Pharmacy2U I thought prescriptions may be easier how wrong I was my dr sent a prescription then I was told up to ten days delivery then the next day I logged on to find out the prescription had been cancelled by patient (me) no idea where that came from as I desperately needed the medication took a further couple of hours to receive a code to go to my local chemist to get my meds wish I’d done that in the first place nether the less Iv cancelled the account and gone bk to collecting at my local pharmacy

Everything went wrong! My GP surgery has also suggested to find another provider as they are aware of issues with other patients! This service is atrocious! Some staff are helpful I have been told “I will keep Ame eye on your prescription, yes I agree you should have your prescription delivered with all of your medication delivered. No you shouldn’t have your medication withers if they don’t have one of your medications in stock”. So when it happens next month and you receive text “we only have this brand in stock!” I reply “I have already stated ask my GP not me as sometimes the GP does not want you to change brands and you yourselves have agreed with me on this and said you would ask my GP.” I now receive pretentious emails as if I am being awkward stating they have sent me the medication brand that no I have not concented to, my GP not contacted as “this is the only one in stock! I am then told nobody is going to keep an eye on my prescriptions (as promised as the have x amount of patients! The email reads as if it is my fault! I am being a difficult patient with nobody else having issues only me!!! They also raised that I had had issues with another well known company who recently had to change their name! Who also are equally an atrocious service. So 🤔 hmmm my fault again! This company is a joke! If they don’t have a medication they will also withhold the rest of your medications, even though they don’t know when they will be getting the medications in! How dumb is this when you are in life saving medication! Also their excuse…again it’s my fault. “The GP only prescribes 4 medications on a prescription. Oh but you send me a box of 12 medications so how is this my fault???? Avoid this company
