“My item was ordered through Amazon I had no idea that I would recive my product in a box with no safety styrofoam and a broken glass cologne bottle that almost cut my hand when I opened it. The product spilled out all over my house.”
“I’d give zero stars if I could. After being sent the wrong product and more than half a dozen messages trying to rectify through Walmart.com, they don’t care to fix the problem even if I want back the product I didn’t order and do not want.
Don’t order through them unless you want the wrong product AND a hassle.”
“Deceptive business with awful customer service.
Pharmapacks left me utterly disappointed! They advertised a product, but instead of delivering what I ordered, they shipped something completely different, claiming they hadn't stocked the item for a while. Seeking a refund was a dead end as they callously rejected it, leaving me stuck with an unwanted purchase. Their excuse? Canceling orders affects their ratings, so they opted to send a random product instead.
Their deceitfulness and lack of accountability are appalling. They not only failed to deliver what they promised but also refused to admit their misleading tactics. To make matters worse, Amazon supported this unscrupulous behavior.
Take heed, fellow shoppers! Avoid Pharmapacks unless you're ready to risk being duped into buying something you never wanted and losing your money with no chance of getting it back. It's a frustrating experience that no one should endure!”
“Stay away from these scammers! You can’t trust them it’s impossible! They will steal your money and run away with it. After bad bad experience there I started ordering from EwardMunch. Is and he’s a true professional!”
“I ordered Argan oil October of 2021 and still have not received it. It is now November 2022 over a year later. It keeps saying in transit. I guess if it is still on its way, they don't have to refund me??? Horrible I will experience never order from them ever again.”
“Don't buy from this company either in Amazon nor directly. NO RETURNS even on items that have nothing to do with consumption, like seat cushions. Checkout their Google reviews too, very low.”
“I ordered Pantene Curl Mousse first through Walmart then Through Amazon.
Both orders are the wrong product. I have sent many requests for help with this and never get an answer. This product says it cannot be returned. Very frustrating for an old lady and now I have six cans of Mousse that is no good.”
“I ordered the product on July 9, 2022, and the tracking information suggests that it shipped on July 10, but I still haven't received it and today is August 2. I tracked the shipment through USPS and they tell me that a shipping label was printed but the actual product has not shipped yet !
I will NOT be buying anything from Pharmapacks again !”
“I placed order at Walmart online and after not receiving order, contacted Walmart and was told order was being filled by Pharmapacks. Still have not received order. DO NOT trust this company.”
“DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE
This company is a complete scam I haven’t received the items I bought two weeks ago plus since I used my debit card I have had fraudulent activity show up on my debit card one purchase for $3000.”
“On hold a total of 1 hour and 45 minutes over 2 days, on hold right now for over 30 minutes, wait time stated 9 to 11 minutes each time. Sent emails but no response”
“Pharmapacks sold me two 36ct packs of Carefree pads. They ignored my emails & took much more time than promised to finally arrive. Once the package arrived, I open it to only find one pack of 36ct pads. Not professional & not trustworthy.”
“They sent wrong item for me and after I wait more than 12 days to get it before I travel so I have no time to look around for the right item and because they sale ther stuff in marketplace in Wallmart I asked them to return it to the store but they don’t accept it I told them I am going to the airport in hour but they want me to mail it so I will never order from them again if they don’t know what they send to there costumer there order right means they don’t know what they are doing...don’t trust”
“Product was not delivered. Pharmpacks said it got lost in the mail. UPS may let them ship Hairspray but USPS will not ship hazardous products. I think Pharmpacks should know that if their business is actually in the USA.”
“Worst ever. I ordered a 3 pack and received a single item. After weeks of requesting refund or return, I've received no answer. A lot of money down the drain for doing business with a total scammer.”
“I'm sure KARMA is coming your way for ALL of the cancelled and unfulfilled orders that you said were available for purchase and they were not in stock.
Quite evident you fulfilled orders (for the same product) after cancelling the customer before them that you said the same items were available.
Believe me, KARMA during a pandemic will be a most horrible thing to happen to your business for ALL of your dishonest business practices.
A worker at Smithfield Foods plant in Sioux Falls, S.D., has died from coronavirus, one of 644 confirmed cases at the facility.”
“#Pharmapacks IS A SCAM. I’ve made a purchase on 3/29 of 9 items. they've charged me for shipping (read the fine print). then on 4/7 i received an e-mail that my part of my order has been canceled (4/7 1:35 PM), without any detail as to which items are left. I’ve sent numerous email and sent numerous Facebook messages. finally received a response via facebook on 4/7 at 3PM that only 1 out 9 items is available. so I’ve asked them to cancel my who order - via email (3:27PM) and facebook (3:05PM), he facebook message was read... another facebook message was sent on 4/8 at 8am, which was read as well. today (4/8) i get an email at 12PM - your items shave been shipped. the shipping label was created items were shipped out at 4/8 - 11AM. I’ve made numerous requests for a cancel order and refund. they do not answer their phones. they dont answer emails. they are selling products that are not available. shipped me a can of lysol for $4 and charged $21 for shipping. SCAM ARTISTS. FRAUD. STAY AWAY!!!!! #Pharmapacks IS A SCAM.”
