“Just started using PhD Supplements. So far they are fine. Taste is good (belgian chocolate). Delivery was also very quick.”

“Parcel turned up split so the whey powder leaked all inside the box. Contacted PhD who immediately sent out a replacement along with a free smart bar and extra credit on my account as a goodwill gesture. Very pleased with the customer service and will continue to use them.”

“Raspberry white chocolate is a lush flavour and am satisfied with the taste and quality of the protein. Only issue is that its messy, every time I open the protein it goes all over the side. However this is minor.”

However, sometimes the scoops fall to the bottom of the products during transit, could you please have a good feel around for this? “Great products which I have used for a while. The free protein bars I have received are amazing and I would defiantly purchase albeit I feel they are a little expensive. The 20% discount and free next day delivery is a great offer (this didn’t actually work for me which is why I didn’t give a 5) although the customer service was spot on they rectified this for me. Overall very satisfied and would order again”

“Best diet whey on the market. I tried a lot of them. If it helps anyone here is the list by preference: - Love the salted caramel and chocolate orange. -Then would be the white chocolate one that taste less sweet than vanilla. - Then white chocolate and raspberry -vanilla and chocolate are way too sweet for my taste - chocolate peanut: was not even able to finish it too heavy and off taste Supplements are also good quality. I overall recommend the brand, especially when sale are on.”

“I was initially happy with my purchase, as I’ve bought from PhD before. But I was disappointed to discover that the recovery protein powder didn’t include a scooping spoon. I’m very particular with my measurements and have come to rely on measuring using the scoops, so not having it there was a bit of a downer. It makes it more of a guessing game, as I now have had to resort to using regular table or tea spoons which aren’t the same. I hope I won’t have this problem next time”
