“I use to order protein from PHD many years ago. I have been using another brand and decided to have a change going back to PHD. However, the taste is nothing as I remember (chocolate) it tastes very weak and its not really enjoyable.”

“I made an order with next day delivery. This did not happen, i called and had to speak to Laura (who was a great help), who manged to get me deliveries sent out split over 3 days. Disappointing as i was scheduled to go away to work and missed part of my order to bring away. This is the 1st time this has happened and service has always been very good. Fingers crossed this does not happen again.”

“Great products which I have used for a while. The free protein bars I have received are amazing and I would defiantly purchase albeit I feel they are a little expensive. The 20% discount and free next day delivery is a great offer (this didn’t actually work for me which is why I didn’t give a 5) although the customer service was spot on they rectified this for me. Overall very satisfied and would order again”

Hi, Thank you for your review. I have had a look in to this for you and can see that our Customer Service Manager emailed you on the 4th of January explaining that one of the items you had ordered had fallen out of stock, unfortunately. We refunded you for this item and the rest of your order was then sent out to you. Following on from this, we received your email querying the item missing from your order on the 8th of January and responded to this right away explaining our previous email. We have since then received another email from yourself today, which we have replied to at 09:55am explaining all of the above. If you have not yet seen these emails, they may have gone in to your junk folder.
