“No issues and products always delivered quickly without any hassle. I just wish that buying direct was cheaper rather than seeing sometimes comparable deals through ebay or amazon. I want to remain loyal and order directly but the temptation is getting bigger.”

“Service was great - quick and easy and deliver earlier than should have been. Protein powders are my favourite! Also got a free box of diet lemon and white chocolate cookies.....wish I hadn’t. Bowk. Worst things ever. If your gonna give a free sample to encourage folk to reorder, pick something that tastes half decent. 😂😁”

“PhD whey protein is The best! I have quite a sweet tooth and I'm very fussy about things that are supposed to taste like something else that is already an established yummy tast but PhD is spot on AND tastes amazing when mixed with water.”

Hi Leonidas, Thank you for your feedback, we are very sorry for any confusion with your order. I have had a look into this for you and I can see on the tracking system that the courier attempted delivery on the 3rd of October, and then again a couple of times after this, however there wasn't anyone available at the property to receive the parcel. This was then sent to the depot for customer collection, however I can see that as requested, our customer service team have arranged for a re-delivery for you. Kind regards, Team PhD

“A great range if products and competitive prices. Always quick to respond to queries via email. Although recently disappointed with the change to delivery. I think there should still be a standard delivery option of 3-5 days that is free rather that having to pay for next day delivery if you don't want it. Thanks, Andy”
