“I have used PHD products before from a supermarket and this was my first time buying from their website. Ordering was very simple and products arrived quickly and well packaged. Plus they send me some free protein bars which are great! I ordered the reinforce capsules which I have just started taking and also the VMX pre workout which tastes good and gives you the right kick you need for your workout.”

“Chocolate peanut diet whey. Tastes great. Mixes really well. Ideal for growing lean muscle. Low carb and fat content. Good quality protein. Doesn’t leave me bloated but is appetising.”

“Great tasting products. The pre work out and and the BCAA intra does exactly as it says. Great energy in the gym. I am not a big fan of the peanut flavour, takes a bit like coffee to me. But that's my only complaint. I will be resupplying my pre workout and and BCAA intra very soon.”
