“A few months ago I switched to PHD and have been using their Diet Whey in my diet, it is by far the better Protein powders i have used and it tastes great!! I've had the vanilla, double chocolate and have just treated myself to the cookies flavour. I use PHD to supplement my diet and not as a meal replacement. i really feel it help me manage and maintain my weight as well as help me stay as lean as possible. I don't feel the need to switch to anything else anytime soon, that's for sure!”
