“I ordered Thursday. Paid next day delivery. Arrived Monday. I got no confirmation of order or despatch by email & no reply to my email to ask for help.”

Hi, thank you for your review, very sorry for any confusion caused. I have had a look in to this for you and can see that your order was placed at 21:46 on Thursday evening, our delivery service is next working day delivery when orders are placed before 5pm, therefore, as this was placed after 5pm, it was picked and packed the following day and delivered the next working day. I can see that our Customer Service Manager responded to your message via Help Desk on Monday, providing you with your tracking details. If you have not seen this response, it may have gone to your junk folder, very sorry about this. I hope this helps and gives a clearer insight in to our dispatch and delivery process. “Parcel turned up split so the whey powder leaked all inside the box. Contacted PhD who immediately sent out a replacement along with a free smart bar and extra credit on my account as a goodwill gesture. Very pleased with the customer service and will continue to use them.”

“Ordering is easy and delivery is always quick. Bit disappointing that the free gift I received was some PhD Women Body Sculpt tablets. A quick look at the name on the order would have let you know I am a male!”

“Raspberry white chocolate is a lush flavour and am satisfied with the taste and quality of the protein. Only issue is that its messy, every time I open the protein it goes all over the side. However this is minor.”
