“I was initially happy with my purchase, as I’ve bought from PhD before. But I was disappointed to discover that the recovery protein powder didn’t include a scooping spoon. I’m very particular with my measurements and have come to rely on measuring using the scoops, so not having it there was a bit of a downer. It makes it more of a guessing game, as I now have had to resort to using regular table or tea spoons which aren’t the same. I hope I won’t have this problem next time”

“love your products though didn't realise I was buying a smaller size 500g didn't even no you did that , thought it was 1kg , can actually get the 1kg cheaper on other sites ,which is a shame !!”

“First thing that I noticed will all of the products I ordered was they taste, from the peanut butter smart bar, the pro oat cookie & synergy iso7, there was non of the powdery aftertaste you get in the vast majority of supplements out there, in fact the synergy iso7 was more of a milkshake compared to other so called protein shakes. I will safely say that this is the best supplement I’ve used, I wish I’d found you sooner.”

“I have used PHD for many years and find them to be excellent. However the down side is the website as when I use it things aren’t in stock so when you order and pay things don’t arrive on time. Please improve the stock list and website listings”
