“Product is great!!!! But would be nice if you had more delivery options (delivery time, weekends) , I have to take a day off for receiving my PhD, as I'm working Mon to Fri 8am to 17pm.((”

“My initial order was flagged up as being out of stock and a representative of PhD contacted me very rapidly to offer a refund or an alternative. I thought thus was fantastic customer service as it happened in less than a few hours. PhD is my go-to brand and so far I can't fault it.”

“I am yet to receive my order after paying extra money for 48 hour delivery, I understand the weather has impacted delivery but I have no ever received an email from delivery service either. Very disappointing as I’ve been dying to try out products and they are so reasonably priced for the high quality”

Hi, thank you for your review. We are very sorry to hear you have not yet received your order. I have had a look in to this for you and can see that DPD attempted next working day delivery for you on the 26th February, however there wasn't anyone available to receive your parcel. I can see that since then, DPD have received an alternative delivery address request, however could not complete the delivery again. DPD have awaited further instructions from yourself and have now been advised to re-deliver your parcel today. “The service I got from PhD really was second to none...Promised next day delivery & I got the product the very next day !! I feel they offer great value for your money...PhD was recommended to me & im glad I've given them a try..Been using the products for 2 months now, whilst no supplements are a magic wand they are giving me the edge in my training & already I can notice changes in my strength & physique...”

“Ordering was straight forward and delivery was good. But if you place two orders within days you get same free gifts. Even after speaking to them, they wouldn't change the freebies for lesser valued items. So order cancelled.”

“Fast delivery, decent price, consistency is good and mixes well.... We got two 2kg Diet Whey and although we are more than happy with the Belgian Chocolate Flavour it just doesn't matter how much I try it the Cherry Bakewell is simply too sweet! Rather unimpressed with that one I'm afraid.”
