“My claim was done quickly and efficiently. customer service was wonderful and caring in taking my information to complete my file. Thankfully my boy was ok after being hit by a car but this experience is so necessary when people are stressed that their pet has been hurt. Well done!”

“Filing a claim is tedious. You have to download a form, full itnout and then attach it to a e-mail along with your receipt. I would rather log into an account or sign into a App and just upload the receipt. Once you do that it takes days, sometimes over a week to get tour claim approved. If they need more information it takes longer. Once your claim has been approved it still takes a day or two (business days, not calendar days) to have the money deposited into your account. I will say that the customer service people are outstanding.”

“Service is excellent. I always get email from PHI direct for updates on my claim. I am very satisfied with my pet insurance that i recommended it to my friend. Further, my friend got her pet's insurance as well and she is very happy. However, there is no referral system for them therefore I didnt anything😂”

“Found them to be very prompt and fair with payments, and after I sadly had to put down my dog, they automatically canceled my policy so I didnt have to.”
