“Claim process is quite simple and was pretty quick. It went to my account in a few days. No hassle. I was skeptical first but now I'm completely relaxed because it's genuine. Thank you. I would hesitate to recommend to other pretty owners and share my positive experience.”

“Very fast and easy to get money back. Being that I had never heard of this company before, I was a little skeptical, but I am impressed by how fast and easy it was to both submit a claim and get money back. A very friendly customer service agent reached out to me right away, as there was some info missing from my claim, and I received money back within a few days. A breath of fresh air, especially compared with my old insurance provider. Definitely recommended.”

“While I haven't submitted a claim yet, the signup process was simple and when my credit card on file was compromised (elsewhere) the day of my monthly payment, PHI called to check in and ensured I had no problem changing to a new card, once it arrived, without losing coverage. I hope to never make a claim, but if I need to, I am confident the care and attention to detail from their support team will make it a seamless experience while allowing my family to focus on what's most important in that moment - the health of our pets.”
