“1 week later still not been paid for my phone they have not replied to any messages since Monday, my device sat in the post office from Friday 15th March 19 then it was finally collected on the 20th March 19 by Mulready. Seeing it had been collected I sent another message today saying you have my phone now will you test and pay, but they have not updated on the trade ticket on their website and continue to Ignore all messages and now I'm growing concerned they will not pay me for my device, does this company have cashflow to pay or are they going to break a new phone and offer less what is the game here. I told them my personal situation that I need the money quickly they just didn't respond this is the slowest process I have ever witnessed I'm at my wits end as it is a lot money. I want the money as agreed by Friday evening or I will take matters a lot further with the relevant establishments. Order No. 362317”

“Sent 2 Iphone 6S Plus's in. Been emailing to see if they've returned them due to the man claiming one was faulty yet they both worked before sent them in. They have blocked my email so I dont know if they have been returned! Please avoid as see like scammers!! Received no payment & no update on whether my phones have been returned!!”

Dear Nikki, We have communicated with you the whole time and sent you photos of the activation lock and returned the handsets free of charge. We cannot pay for a device that is locked to you account as we cannot use the device or reset it. This is explained in the letter. We have not blocked your email we just had a server issue this morning which is now fixed. Regards, Phone Convert

“Still awaiting payment for my fathers phone sent in over 6 weeks ago, having been promised over and over again it’s being sent they are now not replying to emails or messages, please do not use this company unless you want to be out of pocket!”

Hi, As we have stated on a number of occasions a new quote was supplied to the email that is provided with order 358259. We cannot change this without the account holders 358259 permission and this needs to be accepted or rejected. We have also offered to return the device but have not had confirmation of the return address. We have not received an email from the one related to the this review but we have to the ones sent with the order number attached. “Am currently waiting for payment. They have sent an email. With there terms and conditions they say the BACS transfer is done in 48 hours still waiting. This was a test with an iPhone 6 s the money is going to comic relief. I’ve sent comic relief a donation without receiving payment . Got 18 iPhone 7,8 and x left. But with this slow and unprofessional service I’m now a bit reluctant sending them the rest. I just want the payment for my 6 s now, they confirm they have it, they’ve reduced the offer and say they done a BACS payment. Still waiting for the cash. Wanted to sort out all the deals before comic relief night. That is not happening now. Disappointed, An update the BACS transfer has finally happened. I now have full payment”
