“Took longer than I expected, due to cheque delivery problems, however once they received my email expressing disappointment within 24 hrs I had a bank transfer.... great promp communication resolved ASAP”

“So the response Phone Convert wrote below is a complete lie. They said they would return my phone and they have not. They are thieves and liars and will be put behind bars. I am pursuing them relentlessly and will not give up until they are arrested. DO NOT SEND THEM YOUR PHONE, THEY WILL STEAL IT.”

“Sent phone . Have advised can’t find on their system! As having issues with it . First time and last using this company. Will be contacting Royal Mail and raising complaint. £125 . Used other companies in past no issues at all. AVOID”

“Hopefully you read all the reviews and not the ones phoneconvert put on here. Don't use these they are a scam wish I lived closer to there drop off point. Take them to court and hope we get our money back”

“Said they had received my two phones and that they are both locked. I cant verify if this is true or false, so emailed login details to them to unlock. Have not heard nothing since and phones were not returned. My advice would be use your supplier or contract company only £5-£10 difference”

“Phone Convert took delivery of my phone (I have a photo to prove it)and have lied about losing it. They are now ignoring my requests to have my phone returned or to be paid the amount promised.”

Dear Jodie, Hermes claimed to have delivered your phone but unfortunately this was not the case as we have explained to you. We had to collect it from the depot and once we did we confirmed to you we had it and you wanted returned immediately which we understood and have done. Regards, Phone Convert
