They have received the update from the courier that the parcel was delivered at reception (the courier has scanned it as Secure Delivery)
I have reported this to Action Fraud and Trading Standard.

Sent a phone to them on the 23/10/18 and had confirmation of delivery via the Hermes website but had to email PhoneConvert on 1/11/18 to ask why the device status hadn’t updated to which they replied it had been received.

Sent my phone 1st September and Hermes confirm delivery on the 5th. Phone Convert are yet to contact me. I have sent 2 emails via their contact page and one email direct via their info@ email address. No reply!

My phone when tracked says it was delivered to a secure location but Phone Convert & their couier firm Hermes have not helped me trace it. I don't know exact address delivered too and my delivery address company Parcel Motel have no record of receiving it ! I want my money back for phone I never received!!!
