I ordered my 3rd phonesoap and, unfortunately, it just did not work right out of the box. I started a return and got a replacement immediately. I got the replacement but it has been a week and I have still not gotten an approval on the return. I called to follow-up since I fear that I would get charged again for the replacement unit. The phone number just had a recording which asked me to just send them an email or chat with them. The chat was initially, again, automated and of no help. I finally got a "live person" but exchanging messages with her was very slow. It was clear that she was juggling multiple chats at the same time! For the price of their product, this is totally unacceptable and not customer friendly at all!

My family has used PhoneSoap Pros for 4+ years and have been extremely pleased. Just recently purchased a BrushGuard. It is working great!

I love my PhoneSoap toothbrush drying/purifying device! I can visible tell it keeps my tootbrush cleaner, and it feels cleaner, too! I am so glad PhoneSoap is doing more research and developing new, very useful and needed products. This is one of them!

Received phone soap for toothbrush which is a great idea considering that toothbrushes are known for harboring germs. Only downside is that the drying cycle has to be improved.

The customer support was good but was only chat or e-mail, no phone contact -- which I thought could have expedited things. Also, I never got an answer about powering my PhoneSoap with a USB cable as a workaround.

We do use PhoneSoap almost on a daily basis. I just wish it was deeper and a bit bigger so we could fit bigger things in it.

This is a good product. The instructions need to be FOLLOWED up with a YOU TUBE VIDEO. THE + side of the battery should be on the top no markings on WASH CLOCK. Instructions are terrible, the plastic ring inside unit should be a red color, to make sure you got it all out. IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TRAIL AND ERROR TO FINALLY GET IT TO WORK. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE THAT HAD PROBLEM WITH IT!

Have used the PhoneSoap WaterBottle for a couple of weeks now. The bottle is very usable and with the infrared light built in I know my water from most sources is safe and parasite and virus free. My wife said she would like one but not in black. If you offer it in a few colors you will sell alot more. Thank You Vic

I ordered 4 phone soaps and received them timely. One of the 4 did not work. After discussing online with customer service determined it needed to be exchanged. I had to pay shipping to send it back for exchange. I received the replacement phone soap which worked great. I also received a free screen cleaner which was much appreciated. I would have preferred to talk to someone on the phone since I am old school, but I have to say that the company does take care of customers. I am pleased with the product!

I really enjoy the PhoneSoap products. It's hard to tell whether it works considering bacteria is microscopic, but given my interactiosn with the customer service, I do trust them and therefore I trust the product. The only issue I had is with the homesoap. Even after troubleshooting it as prescribed by the customer service rep and the website, I found that it doesn't work (the bulbs don't turn on and the sanitation process doesn't start. I'm working to mail back the original and get a new product. One star off for the defective product (which admittedly happens with any product and company) and inconvenience caused by said deficiency.
