“While I received what I believe is a great product, PhoneSoap is lacking in accessibility. I am interested in another product and I have several questions. I am unable to find a customer service telephone number anywhere on the website. I am not interested in a chat session. I am not interested in corresponding via email. I am sure PhoneSoap knows their competitors offer contact by telephone. The only reason I didn't give five stars and most likely will not recommend PhoneSoap is that there is no way to speak to a person.”

“I ordered my 3rd phonesoap and, unfortunately, it just did not work right out of the box.
I started a return and got a replacement immediately.
I got the replacement but it has been a week and I have still not gotten an approval on the return.
I called to follow-up since I fear that I would get charged again for the replacement unit. The phone number just had a recording which asked me to just send them an email or chat with them.
The chat was initially, again, automated and of no help.
I finally got a "live person" but exchanging messages with her was very slow. It was clear that she was juggling multiple chats at the same time!
For the price of their product, this is totally unacceptable and not customer friendly at all!”

“This is a good product.
The instructions need to be FOLLOWED up with a YOU TUBE VIDEO.
THE + side of the battery should be on the top no markings on WASH CLOCK.
Instructions are terrible, the plastic ring inside unit should be a red color, to make sure you got it all out.
IT TOOK OVER 20 MINUTES TRAIL AND ERROR TO FINALLY GET IT TO WORK. I AM NOT THE ONLY ONE
THAT HAD PROBLEM WITH IT!”
“Have used the PhoneSoap WaterBottle for a couple of weeks now. The bottle is very usable and with the infrared light built in I know my water from most sources is safe and parasite and virus free.
