I made my first purchase from PhoneSoap. The item ordered is cheap in appearance and function. Would not recommend. The item was not priced fair. Not recommended to others to order from the company.

I've been buying PhoneSoap since my daughter gave me one for Christmas years ago and I would still buy another one as I did just recently. I gave one to my sister for her 70th birthday and she uses it almost daily. It's such a fantastic product, I love it!

I would prefer to talk to someone. I do not like dealing with email and robots. My phone soap arrived defected.. I went through email/ robot for customer service. I simply wanted an EVEN exchange. Phone soap charged me approximately $30 more for the same device. I like their products but very poor customer service. Disappointed..

While I received what I believe is a great product, PhoneSoap is lacking in accessibility. I am interested in another product and I have several questions. I am unable to find a customer service telephone number anywhere on the website. I am not interested in a chat session. I am not interested in corresponding via email. I am sure PhoneSoap knows their competitors offer contact by telephone. The only reason I didn't give five stars and most likely will not recommend PhoneSoap is that there is no way to speak to a person.

I ordered my 3rd phonesoap and, unfortunately, it just did not work right out of the box. I started a return and got a replacement immediately. I got the replacement but it has been a week and I have still not gotten an approval on the return. I called to follow-up since I fear that I would get charged again for the replacement unit. The phone number just had a recording which asked me to just send them an email or chat with them. The chat was initially, again, automated and of no help. I finally got a "live person" but exchanging messages with her was very slow. It was clear that she was juggling multiple chats at the same time! For the price of their product, this is totally unacceptable and not customer friendly at all!

My family has used PhoneSoap Pros for 4+ years and have been extremely pleased. Just recently purchased a BrushGuard. It is working great!
