I made my first purchase from PhoneSoap. The item ordered is cheap in appearance and function. Would not recommend. The item was not priced fair. Not recommended to others to order from the company.

I would prefer to talk to someone. I do not like dealing with email and robots. My phone soap arrived defected.. I went through email/ robot for customer service. I simply wanted an EVEN exchange. Phone soap charged me approximately $30 more for the same device. I like their products but very poor customer service. Disappointed..

I have had 2 Homesoaps--both stationary after setup, with very careful and minimal use, and neither are functioning. One I had on reserve for over a year, and used only twice before stopped working. Will NEVER buy one of these again. Much better success with the PhoneSoap machines, however.
