“I would have happily given 5 stars but I didn't get the colour I ordered. Besides that it was a great purchase, basically a brand new phone! No scratches, no pink screen and a good battery life. Shipping was quick and well packaged! I would recommend buying from Phonebot to anyone! Thanks Phonebot.”

“My daughter asked specifically for an iPhone X for Christmas and didn't mind to have a refurbished one. She loves it and it is still going strong, seemingly with no issues at all. Postage was smooth and without issues, although after leaving Victoria I had no idea when it was arriving to my door in NSW. Would very well purchase from your business again.”

“Whilst it took some time to get the phone to WA we are very happy with the quality of the phone. Would recommend quality of product. The company have since followed up to explain COVID was the reason for the delay and they were happy to go above and beyond to reduce any further inconvenience”

“Bought the Samsung Galaxy Watch, delivery was delayed but I guess that's out of Phonebots control. Watch is in great condition and works very well but, it's an overseas model which I didn't realise when I purchased, now I'm having a nightmare time getting connection to my phone network as the watch seems to only recognise the telstra network.....and I ain't with telstra.”

“Overall, very happy with the phone - came with a case, charger with chord, screen protector etc which was a nice touch. Support is available during business hours (packaging says 24/7). I bought an A-Grade phone (return) which had a scratch and small chip but not noticeable when screen protector was added. 9/10!”
