“This is the second phone I've purchased from PhneBot and when I need the next one, I will definitely be getting it from the same place. Their phones are excellent value. “First purchase and loving my new phone. Half the price, quick express delivery and A grade but nothing seems to be wrong like minor scratches. Recommended to others who have also purchased from Phonebox. Good to see they have 2x real store in Melbourne if needed. Also came with a fast charger, which can also be used to transfer all your data over to the new phone.”

“Quite happy with the phone. Bought a Samsung galaxy fold 4 which was about to be replaced by the Fold 5 but still for sale as a new phone on Samsung. The fold 4 I bought was a previously opened box, and I checked the usage timer and phone hadn't been used as they said. Paid about $1000 less than the retail with 12 months Samsung warranty, so I'm pretty happy with that.”

“Oppo find x5 was in stated condition. Though I was supposed to receive a faster charger I thought it was the original charger but it wasn't. So both chargers I received are exactly the same. Was with the bonus charger deal. Whatever as I just bought the original charger which charges super fast.”

“I'm not very impressed with the service at all. I ordered an 'AS NEW' phone......but when it arrived it had scratches right in the middle of the screen. I have returned the phone and asked for a full refund. It's been 8 days now since they received the phone and no refund. I'm not impressed with the lack of communication. It's now three weeks from ordering my phone!”

“Had to send my mobile back as it wasn't the one I originally wanted. They're meant to exchange the phone and send my original one back to me. Very hard to get anyone to communicate to me what's happening. When I return a call the person who answers doesn't know anything about it. Losing faith in Phonebot.”
