Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

placing order was easy, following process and tracking including time of delivery was spot on. Loked the fact that there was a shop front and contact phone number that did connect, was the deciding factor in choice of seller. Phone was as described and nice to get all accessories and protective case, well done.

Very happy with my purchase of Apple Watch 7. It arrived on time & was as described. (As New & in original box). I did buy another watch before this one from another company but was very unhappy with it as it was described as very good but was fair at best. It was returned. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Phonebot again.

I recently purchased an A Grade Smart Watch, I had a few questions prior to purchasing, as it was my first time with this company. The questions were answered fairly promptly through FB. My watch arrived quickly using express post. The watch is in excellent condition, working condition, Ive enjoyed it so far, packaging was excellent, could not fault anything. Excellent price , highly competitive if not better that what I had previously shopped around for before purchase.

While I do not blame Phonebot for sending me a phone that did not work after a OS software upgrade, I give them a poor grade for their return and replacement policy. Their policy is that the customer is in the wrong, so until proven otherwise, the customer must wait days and weeks for the replacement phone. Phonebot should consider the cost to them if they trust the customer's report of fault and immediately replace the phone. They would get 5 stars from this customer.

9/9 Received iPhone XS $402, had not been reset & on making phone calls people could not hear me unless it was on speaker - returned phone and asked for an upgrade to iPhone 12 mini, which I was told I could do that for extra $70, however they were advertised for $429 on website. I was notified the return phone was received back to Phonebot 16/9 and when I asked when my upgrade phone would be sent I was told 24-48 hrs to dispatch. Still no notification of my payment for upgrade phone, no notification for dispatch of upgrade and emails requesting answers over the passed 2 days have not received a reply. 20/9 I received an email asking to revise my review: the only reply I receive is because I give a 1 star rating. I had not received any replies to my emails and had left a message yesterday for Shazz to call me back to get answers/update and no return phone call. My issue has not been resolved as I haven’t received my upgrade phone and I have no answer as to why I had to pay a total of $472 for an upgrade phone when it was advertised for $429.

I have ordered a number of products from Phonebot in the past and been really happy, however this time I was very disappointed. The Mac Book we ordered came with the wrong plug to suit Australia and the laptop itself was protected with a password which we were not able to bypass. I had to contact Phonebot on a number of occasions to try and get the correct password and in the end we had to end up resetting the Mac Book.

It took 3 days for my IPad Mini to be despatched so it was not received until 9 days after ordering. I thought this a little slow. However their communication was excellent when I emailed regarding delivery and so far I am delighted with my purchase. It has no marks at all and appears excellent value for money. I will use Phonebot again to update my phone when the time comes.
