“Ordered a heavy duty case, paid for and then told it was unavailable, got offered a slimline cover that i was told would be similar, nothing like the one i originally purchased. Disappointed and a bit misled, turnaround was very fast however.”

“The phone is what i ordered and in excellent condition. My complaint is obviously the phone was AT&T and still has all the AT&T stuff on it includin on start up, which none of it can be removed.”

Thank you for choosing Phonebot. This is a Qualcomm version and from the name it’s clear that this belongs to USA. Every other mobile is associated to a carrier in the United States. The operating system has been designed for these devices so that these apps stay in there. It’s requested to please use the phone and in case if any issue occurs, please let us know and we’ll assist you further. “PhoneBot had the iPad I wanted at a good price and delivered quite quickly. The iPad came loose in the box, with no padding and very little support, but thankfully the whole box was delivered undamaged. The wrong power adapter was also provided (US instead of AUS), but they quickly sent the correct replacement. Overall a good experience but some improvement required.”

However, it seems to be a little incomplete because you have only posted the half part , but you never posted what happened next, because we remember and also the data shows that your device was recalled for the refund. Incidents like this are very common in the retail industry of gadgets, where sellers just hide away or vanish out when they are reached by a customer with a complain, regarding their products. But unlike others, Phonebot took your claim with wide arms open. Therefore, we request you to be kind enough to revise this review to atleast four or five stars. “My overall experience was quite confusing as I was told multiple, inconsistent things when I asked questions. As a customer I would expect that the information that I am being given is going to be consistent, and not told different things by different people. Other than that, my product I have bought is good and no problems so far, and it is everything as advertised. Whilst I was able to save a bit of money through purchasing at Phonebot, next time I would probably buy at a place in person, as this will avoid the frustration of mix messages.”

“A grade phone in the outside .. but battery grade is Dminus. My 3yo pixel used daily now with a smashed screen haw an 11 hr battery life .. this phone or battery life purchase is less than half of that. Also the battery charger provided is the wrong usb-c type and only changes slowly.”

“Phone arrived as described on the website, battery health was 90%. I was sent the wrong charging cables but was able to contact the team and received the correct ones. My rating is 3 stars because they send out cheap quality charging cables in the replacement which is a shame as the device wasn’t cheap. Shipping was very fast.”

“The phone was advertised as unused and unlocked. It was locked. Had to get back to Phonebot to get the AT &T unlock code. The charger was 2 vertical pin american. Waiting for the correct charger. Quality control very poor”

“The quality of the phone was very good, I was hoping to get it before Christmas but I know what the postage would be like at Christmas I should have sent my order earlier, but found Phonebot a little late, will know better next time I will order earlier, will definitely use you guys again. “My experience was not so good with a refurbished Iphone x A grade, after opening the box I saw the damaged speaker holes with burn marks and had to return it at my expense for a phone that should not have been classed as A grade. I liked the phone bot website as the phones were reasonably priced and showed no damage that's why I expected a good quality product. Also on the website it does read that Phonebot pays for the return postage on high priced items but I only received my purchase price.”
