From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

However, it seems to be a little incomplete because you have only posted the half part , but you never posted what happened next, because we remember and also the data shows that your device was recalled for the refund. Incidents like this are very common in the retail industry of gadgets, where sellers just hide away or vanish out when they are reached by a customer with a complain, regarding their products. But unlike others, Phonebot took your claim with wide arms open. Therefore, we request you to be kind enough to revise this review to atleast four or five stars. “Was a bit later than expected but put that down to Covid restrictions and Aust Post overload. Phonebot communicated that there would be a delay so great service - Phone is awesome and exactly as promised. To be honest its actually better than I was expecting, will be using again in the future that's for sure.”

“Ordered the near new Samsung S3 LTE. It arrived ahead of time and looks and performs exactly like a brand new watch. $430 is almost half the price to what my colleagues paid for their watches and they were shocked when I shared the price after making sure it was in perfect working order. Communication from the company via email was great and the whole thing from ordering to arrival went smoothly for me. I would highly recommend this company based on my experience.”

“Really great service, and products arrive on time, tracked and clean. From the two purchases we have made, both phones are great. Some of the included cabling was bad quality/incorrect for the actual phone purchased. However, after contacting Phone Bot, they quickly sent out correct/high quality cables. Good stuff.”
