“Order ID: 122587Order Date: 2023-06-25 10:28:12. I read on your website that orders placed over the weekend will be shipped on Monday and the expected delivery date would be Tuesday 27th June. I considered this to be good as I was buying the phone as a birthday present for my wife on the 30th of June. I received a notification from Australia Post that it was received by them on the 28th of June and expected delivery date was Monday 03 Jul 2023 – Thursday 06 Jul 2023. It eventually arrived at the end of the day on Tuesday the 4th of July - far too late for my wife's birthday! After unpacking the box we immediately noticed air pockets beneath the screen protector and on turning the phone on it displayed the wrong date and time and asked for a passcode which of course we didn't have. I phoned your support service and spoke with one of your representatives who seemed surprised about this and put me on hold until he consulted another of your team members. I was then told to enter '000000' which did unlock the phone and we closed the call to your support member. However, we then discovered the phone still contained data and I had to search the Internet to find how to delete this data. Eventually, I was able to complete a factory reset. This is the 2nd purchase I've made from Phonebot. The 1st was for my iPhone XS Max which went through with no problems. I am thinking of upgrading in the near future but, in light of the disappointing problems I've experienced with this most recent purchase, I will consider alternative suppliers.”

“Unfortunately my experience was not great. I purchased an Apple watch which was delivered with a faulty charger, so I wasn't able to use it. I requested a refund and returned the item. I was then told however that it was under PhoneBot's warranty, so they sent it back to me with a new charger. The item now works, but all of this took weeks and weeks from the time of purchase to the time I was actually able to use my new item. I wished I'd just paid additional and bought myself a NEW one, not refurbished. It would have been a lot less hassle and I would have known what I was getting.”

“My order arrived quickly and was well packaged. Unfortunately it was missing a charger so I contacted them and got no reply... this continued and took two emails and 4 phone calls until I finally received the missing charger. They were polite on the phone and promised to sort it out but it took a lot of perservering to get a simple task done.”

“I had previously highly recommended Phonebot. I will never deal with them again. This is due to being sent a faulty phone which did not meet the condition guide on the website and having a painful experience trying to return the phone and get a full refund. Very disappointed in the poor service, nothing like what I had experienced previously.”
