From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“PhoneBot had the iPad I wanted at a good price and delivered quite quickly. The iPad came loose in the box, with no padding and very little support, but thankfully the whole box was delivered undamaged. The wrong power adapter was also provided (US instead of AUS), but they quickly sent the correct replacement. Overall a good experience but some improvement required.”

“Fast postage good description easy to deal with”

“I ordered a grade A Samsung Galaxy S20 plus so want sure what to expect in terms of wear. I had to really search for any signs of previous use as they were so minimal. I've been using the phone for around 10 days so far and it has been perfect. The free extras are also great. Will be back to buy more soon.”
