From acquiring a gently used product, our team of highly qualified technicians grades and refurbishes each device and only the most delicately used are on sold to consumers in our shops & online. Devices that do not meet the criteria are then either exported for overseas use or used as parts elsewhere.

“This is the second iPhone I've purchased. The first was from a store last year. This one was from the website. The one I just bought seems great. Only had it for a few days. No issues. Came with a phone cover, charger and even a bottle of hand steriliser (these are the times we live in!). I had issues with trying to pay using my Amex but the issue appeared to be with the banking site that takes the payment. The Phonebot rep (a real person) responded quickly but couldn't fix it. Was very pleasant and friendly. Recommended!”

“First time using Phonebot, but my partner used for their phone. Phone (Samsung S9) in good condition, much better than expected. Was A+ condition, only very tiny blemishes in the right light, so feels like brand new phone. Charge cable did not work, but Phonebot team sent a new one out fast. Would use again.”
