Bought a Grade A iPhone from Phonebot some time ago. Like new, not a mark on it and battery 92%. Very happy with it. Recently bought a Grade A iPad from them, then changed my mind in favour of a new one from Apple and asked for a refund under their 7-day, no-questions-asked returns policy. After checking the iPad to make sure I wasn't trying to pull a fast one, they sent me a full refund the day after I returned it. Excellent company. Wouldn't hesitate to buy from them again.

I purchased a 9.7" iPad - advertised as "Near New" - but on receipt, find that this iPad was manufactured in 2016 - has limited capability and the battery loses charge well before the end of the day. My wife only uses this iPad for basic games, Facebook and other simple features. We found out how old this iPad was when we went to buy a protective cover. "Wow - this iPad is VERY OLD" the JB HiFi staff member said. VERY disappointed in Phonebot - as several technical friends had recommended this brand.

Good phone. As described except was sent a different Colour (no biggie) and the power cord snapped off the first time I used it.

Happy with product but very poor order processing and distribution. Order was placed on a Saturday was expecting freight pick-up for Monday or Tuesday at latest as paid extra for express delivery and order was required for a 50th birthday present on Friday. Order was not dispatched until Wednesday and delivery was following Monday 9 days after express delivery order was placed. Extremely disappointing if dispatch was completed Monday or Tuesday order would have arrived in time due to the inefficient processing I had to purchase an alternative gift for the 50th birthday present.

Couldn't be happier. I purchased an iPhone 13 Mini listed "Like New", and it absolutely is. Not a scratch on any surface, and the battery health is 100%. To top it off, the delivery was quick (received within 4 days of placing the order). Highly highly recommend :)

Phone arrived network locked. Contacted Phonebot asking for assistance in returning device for replacement. My request was brushed aside and I was asked to provide videos of the fault and some sort of documentation from Apple instead. Not impressed.

In all good conscious I can only warn people off dealing with Phonebot The device delivered was locked to a USA Carrier and was unusable on delivery. I tried unsuccessfully to contact Phonebot by phone for several days several times a day and left messages to get a response but didn't receive any finally getting an automated response on Messenger. They declined to unlock the phone saying it wasn't possible to do so. On returning the device I had to chase them for several days trying to get a replacement. I was finally offered a replacement at an extra cost that was not the phone I wanted, so I requested a refund verbally & in writing by email and in Messenger. After repeated attempts, I spoke to someone on their support line who advised me that the Credit had been processed and would be cleared into the same account payment was made within 24 to 48 hours. This payment took 8 days to appear and I note the requested copy of the transaction receipt was undated so as to obfuscate when the payment was processed. To add some form of insult Phonebot has underpaid me on the return which I am sure will be fobbed off as a clerical error or attributed to some mystery charge that I can not see in the Phonebot terms and conditions. I also note that the Phonebot website carries some information that is wrong primarily that "credits can be limited to a store credit" which is unacceptable in Australian consumer law. I repeat there are a plethora of recycled phone suppliers out there, avoid this one.

I ordered an iPhone 14 128gb (like new condition). It arrived quickly and included a wall charger and cable, wireless charger, screen cover and tough phone cover. Outstanding effort, all round.
