However we will slightly disagree to the rating that you have provided because we, at Phonebot, are always on our toes to assist our customer wherever possible and in case your phone failed then we are happy to recall it for an inspection and in case we had denied serving you then a bad rating was something that we deserved but it never happened. As per your order details your phone was sold with a 6 months of Phonebot warranty for all the Basic, Mechanical and Electrical failures and you are very welcome to come to the store and have it reviewed by our tech team.
